Featuring an all-female vocal cast, Brazilian TV star Vanessa Jackson on the title track, and America's Got Talent finalist Steve Ray Ladson. Produced and performed by Julyo (Giulio D’Agostino), the record also includes powerhouse vocal performances from Cheri Moon, Lyia Meta, Anna Paloma, Rachel April, and saxophone player Suzanne Grzanna, with lyrics contributed by Irish poet E.T. Murphy. The title track was recorded at Dublin's legendary Windmill Lane Studios, and Latin Grammy winner Mariano Beyoglonian mixed the album. Over 80% of the album’s performers are women, highlighting a strong feminine creative energy. This is a bold, genre-pushing blues album designed to connect deeply with audiences and resonate within the contemporary blues and roots music community. Julyo is a Recording Academy member, Award-winner, multi-platinum producer, and guitar and bass player. About Giulio "Julyo" D'Agostino is an award-winning music producer and multi-instrumentalist. Since the late '90s, he has been active both in the studio and live, working and collaborating with international acts, from Take That to Michael Brecker, Alkaline , Famous Dex , Mika Nakashima, Paulo Braganca, and many more. As a music producer, Julyo has released original music and remixes with record labels such as Generation Smash (Smash The House), Elec-Trip Records, EMI Music, TurnIt Up Muzik (Black Hole Recordings), Ensis Records, and GOOD Music. Julyo has produced and recorded music for over 1,000 TV and radio commercials for companies like Coca-Cola and NBC Television, among others. Julyo has won several international awards for his work as a music producer and composer, including the Clermont Film Festival (France), the 2006 New York Independent Film Festival, the Odense International Film Festival (Denmark), the Louis Vuitton Hawaii International Film Festival (Honolulu), Portobello Film Festival (London, England), and the Berkeley Video & Film Festival in Berkeley, CA. Other notable awards include the C. F. Martin & Company Wall of Fame 2002 for the EP "Conversations," IDMA Irish Dance Music Awards 2011 nomination as Best Live Act, and more. Julyo has studied performance and guitar with Mick Goodrick (Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA), Katsumi Nagaoka, and the legendary jazz guru Charlie Banacos. About Julyo is an Italian Grammy®-nominate musician, multi-platinum guitarist, producer, and writer. He contributed to the Grammy®-nominated album The Fury by Antonio Vergara and earned an IMPALA Silver Award for his album Mediterraneo. Julyo's music is broadcast on over 1,000 national radio stations worldwide and featured on BBC, RTÉ Radio, RAI Television, NBC Television, and T&M Japan. He studied performance and music production at Berklee College of Music, where he was mentored by renowned author and educator Charlie Banacos and legendary guitarist Mick Goodrick. Julyo’s influences span various artists, including Jeff Beck, Paco de Lucía, Miles Davis, and Frank Zappa.
